Monique Sturdyvin

Monique Sturdyvin leads how Astrion hires, develops, rewards and retains the people who deliver its Mission Solutions and Strategy, Platform and Growth work.

Monique joined Astrion in December 2024, as the company was still knitting legacy businesses into one. She leads the work of building a single people operating model across them: consistent performance and career structures, a common definition of what leadership requires at each level, and development built for managers who lead technical teams on customer missions. She partners with business leaders on succession and workforce planning, and advises the CEO and executive team on organizational design and culture. Before Astrion, she held human resources leadership roles at SAIC and Northrop Grumman, advising executive leadership, running enterprise talent initiatives, and improving engagement and retention across large technical workforces.

Monique holds a Bachelor of Science in criminology from California State University, Fresno.
