Adele Navarrete

Adele Navarrete is Chief Legal Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of Astrion, serving as the single point of contact for all legal matters affecting the company, including government contracts, employee relations, export controls, intellectual property, and M&A. She leads corporate governance strategy, manages enterprise risk, and briefs the Board on compliance and risk.

Before Astrion, she held senior in-house counsel roles at Booz Allen Hamilton and Logistics Management Institute, leading international trade compliance, government contracts, and corporate ethics. Earlier, she practiced at Dickstein Shapiro and Morgan Lewis, litigating bid protests, government contract disputes, and fraud cases, including False Claims Act and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act investigations. She began her career clerking for the Honorable Kim R. Gibson in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.

Adele earned her J.D. from the University of Michigan, an M.A. in French Cultural Studies from Columbia University's Graduate School of Arts and Sciences in Paris, and a B.A. in History, cum laude, from Columbia. She speaks frequently on compliance, organizational conflicts of interest, and government contracting best practices. She is fluent in French and Spanish and conversant in Mexican Sign Language.
