Adam Omar

As Chief Financial Officer of Astrion, Adam Omar leads the company's finance organization and helps shape its financial strategy, operational performance, capital allocation, and long-term growth. His responsibilities span financial planning and analysis, accounting, treasury, pricing, investor relations, and mergers and acquisitions.

Before joining Astrion, Adam was Chief Financial Officer of Altamira Technologies Corporation, a signals intelligence and professional services company supporting the U.S. Department of Defense and the Intelligence Community. He previously served as CFO of CyberCore Technologies, a cybersecurity firm, and PlanetRisk Corporation, a geospatial intelligence company, both serving government customers.

Earlier in his career, Adam held senior finance leadership roles at Infor Global Solutions, Software AG, LexisNexis, and SAIC.

Adam holds a Master of Science in Finance from George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from George Mason University. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
